What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 90-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused and unopened item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount. If 90 days have gone since your purchase we can’t offer a refund.
Note: There will be 15% of restocking fee applied to the refund.
Items that are not eligible for a refund:
- Gift cards.
- Orders received over 90 days.
- Any item not in their original condition which is unworn, undamaged, free from fake tan/makeup any other stains, pet hairs, perfume, deodorant and don’t have the original tagging.
- Other issues that are caused by the customer side.
- Any downloadable software.
How do I Start my return?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us a picture of the original item that you received so that we can proceed to the next steps to start processing and get it resolved.
As soon as we receive the required picture(s), we will proceed to the next step as quickly as we can.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. and send your item to:
